A commercial systemthat your team actually uses.
I build the commercial foundation your team can actually steer on: reliable data, decision logic in the system, clean handoffs, and an AI layer on top once that foundation is solid.

About me

Jasper Bakker
Founder, The Revenue Architect
Over the past years, I've worked inside more than 50 B2B scale-ups. Different markets, different systems, different teams. But the pattern was always the same.
Teams working incredibly hard. Tools that had serious investment behind them. And yet: a pipeline that didn't add up, forecasts nobody trusted enough to act on, and handoffs that kept breaking down.
The problem was never the team. The problem was never the tool. The problem was that there was no architecture. No agreements on when a lead is a lead. No rules on when something moves to the next stage. No structure that makes the system reliable for the people who work with it.
That's why I founded The Revenue Architect. I build the commercial structure that makes your system do what it promises: help your team grow without everything falling apart at the seams.
As an in-house GTM engineer with a RevOps background, I build and continuously improve systems, with specialist experience in HubSpot and Zoho.

What clients say
Results without the noise
Decisive and without noise. Where we kept getting stuck in process debates for weeks, he set up the structure in a single session and kept building until it actually worked. No talk, just a commercial system that does what it should.
Lightning fast setup and strategic input at founder level. Within two weeks our pipeline was tightly structured and we finally had grip on where leads were stalling. He thinks along on growth, not just tooling.
Strategic advice that is to the point. No long decks or vague frameworks, just concrete choices you can implement immediately. He knows where the bottleneck is and pushes through until it is solved.
The Adoption Gap
Most commercial teams invest in tools. They set up a commercial system, add AI, build automations. But six months later, nobody really uses it. Not because the team is lazy, but because the system doesn't speak a language the team understands.
Investment vs. adoption over time

Nobody knows who owns the data
Everyone fills in differently, nobody trusts what's there. There's no agreement on who maintains which field.
Rules live in heads, not in the system
When is a lead ready for sales? When is a deal truly won? Everyone has a different answer.
Handoffs break down
Marketing hands something to sales, but nobody knows exactly when or what needs to be ready. Leads fall through the cracks.
AI without agreements
AI tools are deployed without clear rules. Advice is ignored or followed blindly.
The solution isn't a new tool. It's architecture.
Lifecycle Architecture™
The operating system for your commercial team. We map your lifecycle and implement the structure in your commercial system. Per stage we define what data is needed, which decisions are made, who does what, and where technology can accelerate.
Three mappings per stage
Layer 01
Process Mapping
Who does what, when, in what order?
Layer 02
Decision Mapping
Which criteria determine if someone can move to the next stage?
Layer 03
Data Mapping
What data is needed, where does it come from, and who is responsible?
Automations & AI
Real-world Industry Use Cases for Your Commercial Architecture
Across 50+ projects, we've built, tested, and shipped dozens of automations. The ones that consistently deliver became our defaults, proven in practice, not theory.
Classify lead intent
AI reads inbound requests and forms, determines buying intent and automatically routes every lead to the right lifecycle stage and owner.
Summarize conversations
Meeting recordings and emails are automatically summarized and written back to the deal, so context is never lost during handover.
Flag deal risk
The system recognizes patterns like delayed responses or missing stakeholders and warns before a deal stalls, not after.
Personalize follow-ups
Follow-up emails are drafted based on previous conversations and the client's stage. You stay in control, the system writes along.
Organize client feedback
Reviews, tickets and replies are automatically classified and linked to client profiles, making trends visible per stage.
Recommend next best action
Based on similar deals from the past, the system suggests the most logical next step, per deal and per stage.
Who this is for
Scaling B2B companies in the Netherlands with 5 to 50 commercial people with product market fit, that are looking to get more out of their GTM and Revops Tooling based on best practices.
Diagnose. Design. Manage.
Three services, one method. From first measurement to a system that keeps working.
Case study
From scattered tools to one working commercial system
Netstone·B2B Cyber Security Scale-up
The problem
Four different tools across sales, marketing and customer success. No shared definition of a qualified lead, no visibility on where deals stalled and a stack that grew more expensive every quarter without anyone knowing if it paid off. The team worked hard, but pipeline forecasts rarely matched reality.
What I built
Rebuilt the full commercial system around a single lifecycle architecture. Entry and exit criteria per stage locked into the system, RevOps strategy aligned to the real sales cycle, duplicate tools phased out and automatic routing and qualification wired in. After delivery I stayed on as Fractional Revenue Architect to keep tuning the system month by month.
More results
Pipeline structured within two weeks. Full grip on where leads stalled.
In4Leads
Concrete choices implemented immediately. Bottleneck identified and resolved.
Teqser
Commercial system scaled without adding operational overhead.
Quicargo
One commercial system the whole team works from.
